No. There is a recommended sequence because the phases build on each other, but everything is unlocked from day one. Work it start to finish, or go straight to the module you need.

Each module is short. A video under three minutes, a written guide, and one worksheet. Some people do a module a day, others move faster or slower. There is no schedule and nothing expires for twelve months.
